All trips are accompanied by a professional first mate, which will provide instruction, hands-on help and will fillet and bag your catch. All bait and tackle is provided for your trip. We use custom-built rods and high-quality reels.
Osprey Fishing Charters is family owned and has been fishing from Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York and Massachusetts for 50 years. Captain Jay is U.S. Coast Guard licensed with over 40 years of experience fishing the waters of Eastern Long Island Sound, Montauk, and Block Island.

CANCELATION POLICY
A specified deposit amount is required upon booking. Any remaining balance is due the day of the trip. There is a 10 day cancellation policy to any trip. If a cancellation is made 10 business days prior to the departure day and time, there is no outstanding fee. If a cancellation is made within 10 business days of departure day and time, the customer will be billed a 50% balance of the cost of the charter. Canceling due to inclement weather is up to the Captain’s discretion. If the captain cancels due to weather the trip will be rescheduled. All sales are final.
